What image assets do I need to create to build a new mobile-responsive website theme?

In order to change the theme of a site, you will need to click on Settings > Theme.

The mobile-responsive site will look the same for all website themes when displayed on a mobile device.

NOTE: Borders are added to show transparent/white space areas
