How Do I Find My Mailchimp List ID?

This Article Is For:

• All users who have the 'Manage Account' Settings permission
• This is applicable to all SoCast Themes

Requirements:

• Must have already created a Mailchimp account
• To find the Mailchimp Info for your SoCast Account Settings, you must have admin access to your company's Mailchimp Account

As Mailchimp updates their system, these instructions will act as a general resource for finding your List ID. Some of these steps may change, This List ID should be added to: http://admin.socastsrm.com/account/email

Step-by-step guide

1. Please refer to this article first for setup: Instructions For Setting Up Your Mailchimp Account
2. Once the audience name has been added, click on it, and then add yourself as a subscribe
3. Click on Add Contacts
   
   1. Add a subscriber
   2. Add your details, save
      
4. Click on 'settings'
5. Click on 'Audience Name And Defaults'
6. Copy and paste the 'Audience ID' and add to your email account settings
